Endocrinology and Diabetes of Indiana is proud to serve the endocrinological needs of patients in our clinic, hospitals, long term acute care hospitals, and skilled  nursing facilities. Working hand in hand with facility nurses, therapists, and administration, we are able to custom tailor a care plan to each patient's specific needs based on their endocrine needs and the capabilities of their care setting.
